Is there any cost?

There is no cost to become a buyer in the program. We simply ask you to register with us so we can assign you a business number which is required for certain suppliers. This ensures that you can access any discounts and also that a percentage of your spend is returned to our Charity.

Can I become a supplier?

Yes – Because The CARE Program is placed in some Government contracts we must remain all inclusive. If you are interested in becoming a supplier please contact us and we can then identify how we can assist you – there is NO COST to register.

Do all suppliers offer discounts?

Pricing is dependent on the supplier and the solution. There may not be a specific discount, but a better pricing model, or we may have discounted baskets, as in the case of our Office Solutions.

Can I get discounts with suppliers not in the program?

The suppliers listed are supporters of Carers Queensland and The CARE Program. Any discounts that are applicable are only available through these suppliers.

How can I join?

Simply fill in the registration form on this site and we will contact you with your Business Number.

What benefit does Carers Queensland get from The CARE Program?

We have negotiated fees, either trailing, referrer or set fees per order through our different suppliers. As such every time your business makes a purchase of items you use everyday we get a percentage.

What does Carers Queensland do with the money?

Carers Queensland represents the diverse needs and interests of carers in Queensland. We empower carers by providing carers with information, education, advocacy, counselling and other support services that may assist them in their caring role. The money we receive allows us to continue our vital work in the community.

Are my details safe?

Carers Queensland adheres to all privacy laws and the National Privacy Principles. Your information will never be sold to a third party.

Can I tell my contacts about this?

Please, tell the World. The more businesses we have joining and getting excellent pricing, the more we can help the carers in our community. Spread the word!

Can my business claim Corporate Social Responsibility?

Of course – without your business buying through our program we wouldn’t have a success. We can provide you with detailed reports on how much your business has provided over a set period of time – you are free to use that in whatever marketing material you wish.

Can my business claim a Tax Benefit?

As you are receiving products for purchase the charity deductible gift recipient claim cannot apply. Any other finance questions are best responded to through a finance expert.

How can I get more information on specific solutions?

In our publications section our suppliers have provided bios and briefs on specific products. Please peruse them and you can get a good insight into some of the great solutions on offer.
